Your input is crucial to ensure these rules meet your needs. FEMA is currently seeking feedback, and it's vital to hear from those directly impacted by these changes. You have until July 22, 2024, to share your comments.

Draft Brief Comments (10 minutes):
CERF+ and NCAPER have prepared concise comments for you to use as-is or personalize with your own insights. Access these comments and instructions for submitting them HERE.
Submit Detailed Comments to FEMA (30 minutes):
Provide comprehensive feedback directly to FEMA. You can use the CERF+/NCAPER letter as a reference and include additional insights specific to your artist community. The more details you provide, the better FEMA will understand your needs. You can access the sample letter, the full Rule, and instructions for submitting comments HERE. Comments must be submitted by July 22, 2024, but the sooner, the better.
